SYNOPSIS of BROKEN WING
Jake, a soldier, has returned home disfigured. One night his wife Allison asks him to talk about the war. Without the emotional intimacy she cannot touch him. Jake cannot talk to her and so leaves into the night. That night at a local bar Jake meets an ex army nurse named Derry. Like Jake, Derry has been injured in the war. Jake follows Derry back to her home, but soon realizes that Derry is as broken as he is. Jake returns to Allison and attempts to talk to her about his pain.
